Individual Sessions
Individual art therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences through creative process and conversation. Sessions are paced to meet you where you are, using art materials as tools for expression, insight, and grounding—no prior artistic experience is needed. This work supports nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and gentle change, guided with care and respect for your unique process. You are invited to come exactly as you are.
Group Sessions
Group art therapy creates a shared, intentional space for connection, creativity, and reflection alongside others. Through guided art-making and facilitated discussion, participants are supported in expressing themselves while feeling seen, respected, and not required to share beyond their comfort. No artistic experience is necessary—groups are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and grounding. Together, the group becomes a safe container for curiosity, belonging, and collective insight.
Art Therapy Retreats
My art therapy retreats offer spacious, gently guided experiences that combine creative process, reflection, and connection to self and place. Designed as half-day or collaborative retreat experiences, they support participants in slowing down, listening inward, and engaging with art as a tool for insight and integration—no artistic experience required. Retreats can be tailored for community groups, organizations, or wellness partners, and are shaped with care for nervous system regulation, curiosity, and meaningful rest.
